CHICKEN AND STRAWBERRY PASTA IN A CREAMY WINE SAUCE

Chicken is one of the easiest and healthiest ways to get lean protein in your diet. This one is quick and easy to make, full of flavour, while being delicious and healthy for you as well. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 1/2 tsps extra virgin olive oil; 1 chicken breast chopped into small pieces; 1/3 tsp coriander, nutmeg, sage, rosemary, cinnamon, mixed spice and honey; a pinch of cracked black pepper, 1 crushed garlic clove, slightly fruity white wine and 2 tbsp yoghurt or sour cream.
Directions

Boil fettucine al dente.

Heat a medium non-stick pan over medium heat. Add oil to pan and once heated, add garlic, herbs and spices, honey, white wine and chicken pieces to pan, mix and cook together. As soon as chicken is cooked through, add yoghurt and strawberries and simmer on low for about 2 minutes.

As soon as strawberries soften, remove from pan and serve immediately with cooked fettucine.
