LEMON, GARLIC & ROSEMARY GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST

We hope you like this simple chicken recipe which is very tasty as well as being healthy for you.

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (skin removed)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 sprigs rosemary (1 tbsp chopped)
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped basil
2 tspns chopped thyme
1 fresh lemon
pinch of chill flakes (optional)
pinch of sea salt
pinch of ground black pepper
Serves 4
Directions

Gently pound the chicken breasts so that they are an even thickness as this will ensure they cook evenly and stay moist and tender.

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Combine olive oil, lemon juice and herbs in a bowl and set aside.

Dip chicken breasts in the marinade, turning to coat both sides.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 and 1/2 hours.

Remove chicken from plastic wrap and grill chicken for a few minutes on each side until cooked through and tender.

Serve with your choice of vegetables or a simple light salad.
