We can help you with pre natal weight gain and post natal weight loss and fitness. Our trainers ensure correct technique and pre/post natal guidelines are followed. Our sessions focus on reshaping, toning and strengthening muscles, core and pelvic floor strengthening, stretching and cardio.

Pre natal

If you are in your first trimester and have not been participating in an exercise program, please wait until your second trimester and obtain medical clearance before you start an exercise program.


However, make sure you never stop performing pelvic floor exercises during your pregnancy. Pelvic floor exercises are very important to help maintain strong muscles and reduce the risk of incontinence.


If you have already been exercising while pregnant just listen to what your body is telling you. If any exercise doesn't feel right or you feel any pain, this is when you need to stop or modify your exercise.


To avoid pelvic instability, replace lunges with squats and make sure you regulate your body temperature if it's cold or hot.

Post natal

After you have your baby, please wait for your six week check-up and obtain medical clearance before you start any exercise training program. If you had a caesarean, please wait 8-12 weeks or after you obtain medical clearance from your obstetrician if you want to exercise sooner.


However, commencing pelvic floor exercise the day of giving birth is highly recommended.
