PRAWN, MANGO AND MACADAMIA SALAD

Just thought I'd share this healthy, delicious and nutritious meal we had with you. It's easy to make and will make you feel good all day long. It's meals like this one that will make you want to eat healthy all the time!
750g cooked king prawns; 2 large mangoes sliced; 100g macadamia nuts; 1 lettuce.
LEMON BASIL DRESSING: 1/4 cup lemon juice; 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil; 2 tspns chopped fresh basil; 1/2 tspn honey.
Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact and add to bowl.
Lemon basil dressing: Combine all ingredients in jar, shake well.
Combine prawns, mangoes, nuts and lettuce in bowl, add dressing just before serving. Enjoy!
