ROSEMARY AND GARLIC ROASTED SALMON FILLET

Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Salmon Fillet Healthy Recipe

 

This recipe is simple and quick to make and is a delicious crowd pleaser. - Kim

 

 

Ingredients

 

1 clove garlic

2 sprigs rosemary (equates to 1 tbsp chopped)

2 salmon fillets

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 fresh lemon

pinch of sea salt

pinch of ground black pepper

 

 

Directions

 

Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees celsius. Peel and chop garlic and rosemary and set aside. Place salmon on a baking sheet covered with foil. Distribute olive oil evenly over salmon, sprinkle sea salt and black pepper over slamon. Add the garlic and rosemary on top and pat this down gently into the salmon. Place in the oven for approximately 25 minutes or until the salmon is tender and flaky. Serve with a side of lemon and a simple light salad.
