DELICIOUS SMOKED SALMON FETTUCINE

Try this recipe which is easy and quick to make, plus healthy for you so I know you'll love it. Smoked salmon is also a good source of protein with omega-3 fatty acids and contains B-complex vitamins, vitamin D, magnesium and selenium while the majority of the fat content comes from heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. Enjoy!
Ingredients and Directions
Add 1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil to pan; add 250g smoked salmon, sliced mushrooms, cherry tomatoes chopped in half, 1/2 carrot grated, shallots chopped, mint leaves chopped, clove of garlic crushed, italian herbs, a pinch of cracked black pepper, dash red wine vinegar and olive oil, 2 tbsp greek plain yoghurt.
Boil fettucine al dente.
Combine mixture with pasta and serve.
