HOW TO GET STARTED

Induction

When you first begin training with us, your Personal Trainer will assess your current level of fitness so that we can custom-design an effective program around your own fitness level and goals.


You will also be required to complete a pre-exercise screening form to identify any medical conditions you may have or have had in the past, which may put you at a higher risk when exercising.
 

This will also give us a better understanding of you as a person and what the barriers are that has been stopping you from achieving your optimal health and fitness goals. You will also have the opportunity to discuss any concerns with your trainer and together, this will help us to work out the best way to get you to achieve your goals in the quickest, safest and most enjoyable way possible.
 

Support

We will provide you with information on what you can expect from your training, what you will need to do to reach your goals and feedback along the way to help you stay on track. You can also ask for feedback at any time as well as provide feedback to your personal trainer. You will also have access to your trainer should you need any advice to help you along the way.


Our qualified and experienced trainers will support you with expert knowledge, coaching and motivation on how to manage and maintain your health and fitness through exercise, healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices.
 

How often you train
How often you train is all dependent on your specific goals. Training sessions can be arranged for 30mins, 45mins or 1 hour and can be performed as many times as needed per week.

Our training methods
We incorporate a variety of training methods and exercises into our programs including a combination of cardio, weight training, body weight activities, resistance training, core work, boxing, circuit training that work your whole body to keep you strong and healthy.


All sessions start with a warm-up to ensure you are properly stretched before training and end with a cool-down to help reduce any muscle fatigue you might feel post-workout.


Our programs are designed to be progressive and challenging to make sure that you are leaner, slimmer, stronger, fitter and faster! Plus, there are numerous other positive health benefits that goes along with regular exercise!

How to get started

  1. Check the suburbs we service to ensure we have a Personal Trainer in your area.

  2. Complete the online Booking Form to book your introductory trial session.

  3. We will contact you as quickly as possible to discuss your specific needs and set-up an appointment for a meet/greet and initial training session.

  4. At this session, your fitness level will be assessed which will be used to gauge your current situation and measure future progress.

  5. We will go through a pre-exercise and health screening assessment form with you which will help us determine the type of program to create that is specific to your goals.

  6. Together, we will make any necessary modifications to exercises if you have any limitations or likes/dislikes.

  7. We will discuss your goals, develop a plan that achieves the best results and set achievable timeframes for achieving your goals.

  8. As you achieve your short term goals, together we will help you make new ones so you can keep improving and moving forward.
